超微技术对铁皮石斛粗多糖浸出的影响

摘    要:通过苯酚-硫酸法测定铁皮石斛超微粉与铁皮石斛常规粉水溶性粗多糖的含量,探讨超微技术对铁皮石斛粗多糖浸出的影响。结果表明,铁皮石斛超微粉中水溶性粗多糖含量为484.6 mg/g,常规粉水溶性粗多糖含量为370.2 mg/g,铁皮石斛超微粉水溶性粗多糖含量比常规粉水溶性粗多糖含量高30.9%,二者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超微技术有助于铁皮石斛粗多糖的浸出。

The effect of ultra-micro technology on the disoluation of polysaccharides in Dendrobium officinale

Abstract:The content of water-soluble crude polysaccharides in Dendrobium officinale powder and ultra-micro powder dendrobium officinale was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results showed that the content of water-soluble crude polysaccharide in ultra-micro powder dendrobium officinale was 484.6 mg /g, and that in Dendrobium officinale powder was 370.2 mg /g. The content of water-soluble crude polysaccharide in ultra-micro powder dendrobium officinale was 30.9% higher than that in Dendrobium officinale powder, the difference between them was statistically significant (P<0.05). In conclusion, the ultramicro-technique is helpful to the extraction of polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale.
