黄蜀葵种子催芽试验研究

摘    要:为了确定黄蜀葵种子发芽的最佳条件,本试验研究了植物生长调节物质种类与浓度、处理温度、浸泡时间等对黄蜀葵种子发芽的影响。结果表明,黄蜀葵种子最佳浸泡时间为12 h,最适发芽温度为变温15~25℃,浸种时间、培养温度交互作用的最佳培养条件为浸种12 h、变温15~25℃;不同浓度的生长调节物质GA、6-BA、CTS、SPM、PEG对种子萌发表现出不同作用,其中以25%PEG能显著促进种子的萌发,发芽率可达93%。

Experimental study on seed germination of Abelmoschus manihot
Abstract:In order to determine the optimal conditions for the germination of the seeds of the geranium, this experiment studied the effects of the types and concentrations of plant growth regulators, the treatment temperature and the length of the soaking time on the germination of the seeds of the geranium. The experiment showed that the optimum soaking time of the seeds of the geranium was 12h; the optimum germination temperature was 15~25°C; the optimum culture condition for the incubation time of the soaking time was the temperature of 15~25°C for 12h soaking; the growth regulating substance GA of different concentrations 6-BA, CTS, SPM and PEG have different effects on seed germination. Among them, 25% PEG can significantly promote seed germination, and the germination rate can reach 93%.
