摘    要:利用常规气象观测资料和雷达监测资料,采用天气学客观诊断分析方法,对2018年春末发生在滁州地区的强对流天气的形成机制和形成条件进行了分析。结果表明,此次强对流天气包括雷雨大风、短时强降水和局地冰雹,并伴有飑线特征,江淮之间北部对流强度大于南部;满足滁州地区低槽型强对流天气环流特征,高低层系统构成前倾结构利于强对流天气发生;大气具有较强的不稳定能量,低空急流输送水汽条件,热、动力因子相互配合在地面辐合线的作用下触发对流;天气尺度系统移速慢是导致滁州地区强对流天气反复出现的直接原因,且天气尺度的有利背景使得发展的对流系统更具有组织性;地面自动站的风场资料对强对流天气发生区与未来移动趋势有较好的监测与预报反应;通过雷达径向速度识别逆风区对雷暴大风的监测和预报有很好的指示意义,多普勒天气雷达垂直积分液体含水量可作为冰雹预警预报的一个重要参考指标。

The Analysis of A Severe Convection Weather in Chuzhou at The End of Spring 2018
Abstract:Applied conventional meteorological observation data and radar monitoring data, using objective synoptic diagnostic analysis method, the formation mechanism and conditions of severe convective weather in Chuzhou at the end of spring 2018 were summarized and analyzed.The results showed that:the severe convective weather included thunderstorm gale, short-term heavy precipitation and local hail, accompanied by squall line characteristics.The convection intensity in the north was greater than that in the south between the Yangtze River and Huaihe River.It had circulation characteristics of low trough type in Chuzhou.The high and low level forward structure was beneficial to the occurrence of severe convective weather.Atmosphere had strong unstable energy. Low-altitude jet transported water vapor. The interaction of thermal and dynamic factors triggered convection under the action of ground convergence line. Slow moving speed of synoptic scale system was the direct reason, and made the convective system more organized. The Wind data of ground automatic station can monitor and predict the severe convective weather.Reverse wind zone of radar radial velocity can monitor and forecast thunderstorm gale. The vertical integral liquid moisture content of Doppler weather radar can be used as an important reference index for hail warning and forecasting.
