发达国家农民教育培训的经验及启示

当前,我国农民接受教育培训的机会越来越多,参加培训的积极性也普遍较高,但是农民教育培训的效果并不理想,农民的综合素质和专业技能水平还有待进一步提高。本文对一些典型发达国家农民教育培训的方式进行了分析,从中汲取经验,并结合昆山市农民教育培训的现状,提出针对性的建议,以期为其他地区提供参考。

Experience and Enlightenment of Farmers

At present, there are more and more opportunities for farmers in China to receive education and training. The enthusiasm for participating in training is also generally high. However, the effectiveness of peasant education and training is not satisfactory, and the comprehensive quality and professional skills of peasants need to be further improved. This paper studies the methods and methods of peasant education and training in some typical developed countries, takes its essence, discards its dross, learns from it and combines the status quo of Kunshan peasant education and training to analyze and make recommendations. I hope to help all regions of China, including Kunshan, in order to improve the effectiveness of education and training for farmers.
