摘    要:将中性的黑土与强盐碱化的碱斑土按质量进行配比,通过观察不同配比土壤及其相对应的浸提液处理下燕麦种子的萌发情况和幼苗生长发育过程中各项生理指标,探寻盐碱胁迫对燕麦种子萌发以及幼苗生长的作用,分析燕麦对盐碱土壤的耐受程度.结果表明,随着盐碱胁迫程度的增加,燕麦种子的萌发能力逐渐降低,盐害指数增加,幼苗的生长也受到抑制.不同盐碱胁迫对燕麦种子萌发力影响存在差异,土壤浸提液处理对燕麦种子萌发的影响强于土壤处理.

Abstract:Seven different treatments were set by mixed forest soil and serious saline-alkali soil and their extracted liquid in this study. Oat seed germination and the growth indexes of seedling were observed. The results showed that the germination of oat seed and growth index decreased with the increase of soil salinity. Also, different treatments of salinity stress had different effect on the oat germination, while the effect of extracted liquid treatment was stronger than that of soil treatment
