| 摘 要： | 由于农业种植作物重茬连作和土壤长期处于高温、高湿的环境,易于滋生土壤病,导致土传病害,造成大棚作物生产受到严重影响。土壤的杀菌是解决这一问题的有效途径。该文对常见的土壤杀菌方法进行了阐述,比较了化学试剂法,高温法,日光法,微波杀菌法以及电杀菌法的特点。

| Abstract: | With the increasing intensification and economization of agricultural cultivation,continuous cropping is widely used in greenhouse crops.The soil is easy to breed bacteria and lead to soil-borne disease which always in high temperature and high humidity environment.It would impact on crop production seriously,even caused no harvest.Soil sterilization is an effective way to solve the problem.This article discussed the common methods of soil sterilization,comparison of the characteristics between the method of chemical,high temperature,sunlight,electrical sterilization and microwave sterilization. |
