| 摘 要： | 探讨硫酸庆大霉素测定准确度，提高化验结果准确性。改变缓冲液PH值使测定样品的抑菌圈直径更清晰，减少误差。当缓冲液及培养基在PH9．0时，抑菌圈菌层边缘清晰、圆整，抑菌圈与菌层的反差非常明显，减少测量误差。检验结果与原方法比较抑菌圈清晰、直径大小符合规定，重现性好、效价测定与原方法无显著性差异。
