南京地区竹锈褐斑病病原及其生物学特性研究

摘    要:首次研究南京地区竹锈褐斑病,确定了在南京地区的病原主要为南京裂爪螨Schicotetranychus nanjingensis Ma et Yun,同时伴有竹裂爪螨Schicotetranychus yoshimekii Ehara危害.对南京裂爪螨进行了生物学特性观察并建立特定年龄生命表.该螨在南京地区3月上旬出蜇,11月上旬以卵和雌成螨越冬.生活史分为5个阶段:卵-幼螨-前若螨-后若螨-成螨,不同温度对南京裂爪螨各虫态的生长发育和存活率都有不同程度的影响,20~32 ℃是南京裂爪螨生长的适温区.

Abstract:The pathogen of bamboo rust brown spot disease in Nanjing was Schicotetranychus nanjingensis Ma et Yun,accompanied by the harm of S.yoshimekii Ehara.Biolnomics of S.nanjingensis were observed and it's life table was established.In Nanjing it revived in early March and overwintered as female adult or egg in early November.It's life history had five stages:egg,larvae,protonymph,deutonymph and adult.Temperature had a great impact on growth and survival rate of S.nanjingensis.The optimal temperature zone for S....
