农杆菌介导草地早熟禾转化条件的优化

摘    要:目的]提高草地早熟禾的转化频率。方法]以草地早熟禾的丛生芽芽尖为转化受体,研究了影响农杆菌转化草地早熟禾频率的有关因素。结果]农杆菌悬浮液浓度OD600=0.6,并添加0.1mmoL/L乙酰丁香酮,在50kPa真空处理5min,获得的抗性芽比例较高,最大达15.19%。结论]农杆菌悬浮液浓度、真空渗透处理及乙酰丁香酮的诱导均能影响草地早熟禾的转化频率。
