| 摘 要： | <正> 一、使用农药与我国食品安全现状 目前,我国农药市场总需求量为25.7万吨左右,甲胺磷、敌敌畏、杀虫双、硫酸酮、乙草胺等农药的年需求量都在万吨以上。农药使用不合理、高毒、高残留农药比例过大、农药的长期广泛使用等原因,导致我国部分农产品农药残留量过高,己经危及我国食品质的安全。农药对我国农产品质的危害
