微生物降解纤维素的研究概况

摘    要:纤维素的资源化利用是当前研究的热点。文章阐述了纤维素酶对纤维素降解机制的研究进展,高效纤维素降解菌的选育及其混合菌群构建的研究概况。作者认为弄清纤维素酶的作用机制,从而用于指导筛选培育高效降解木质纤维素的菌种以及建立高效木质纤维素生物降解体系仍是今后一段时间研究工作的重点。

Abstract:Resource utilization of cellulose has become hot topic. Due to less damage to the environment and realization of resource recycling, microorganism, as a way of degrading cellulose, was given more and more emphasis. Progress on the mechanism of cellulose degradation by cellulase, selecting the efficient cellulose-degrading microorganism and construction of composite microbial system were summarized in this paper. The attention should be paid was fully comprehending mechanism of cellulase action, which was the key issue of research. Added to this, study on cellulose with separate sources and synergistic effect among strains, isolation and selection high efficient cellulose-decomposing strains aiming at different industries and figuring out the relationship between strains and its action during fermentation should be 1aid stress on. The above aspects were helpful for building efficient and stable cellulose-degrading strains and provided scientific base guarantee for resource utilization of cellulose.
