桑叶水溶性多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:为了开发利用桑叶中水溶性多糖的药用功能 ,在单因子基础上进行正交试验 ,进一步优化了桑叶水溶性多糖的提取工艺 :烘干的桑叶粉质量浓度为 0 0 4 0g/mL ,在 75℃水浴中提取 2次 ,抽提 6 0min ,提取液用 80 % (终体积分数 )乙醇醇析。在此最佳提取工艺下 ,多糖得率为 2 5 0 8%。

Abstract:Based on the single factor test, orthogonal intersection test, the extraction technology of water soluble polysaccharide from the mulberry leaf was studied. When the mass concentration of mulberry leaves was 0 040 g/mL in water and bathed for 60 min at 75 ℃, then precipitated with 80%( eventually volume fraction) ethanol, a high yield of polysaccharide was 2 508%.
