紫苏籽提取物对大鼠颈总动脉内膜增生防治作用的研究

摘    要:目的]探讨紫苏籽提取物对大鼠颈总动脉内膜增生的防治作用。方法]将SD大鼠随机分为动物模型组、阿司匹林组和紫苏籽Ⅰ组(0.18 g/kg)、紫苏籽Ⅱ组(0.54 g/kg)和紫苏籽Ⅲ组(1.62 g/kg)。通过建立大鼠颈总动脉内膜增生模型,应用组织学方法研究紫苏籽提取物对大鼠颈总动脉挤压后血管内膜增生的防治效果。结果]与动物模型组相比,紫苏籽Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组大鼠左侧颈总动脉的完全阻塞发生率明显降低,紫苏籽Ⅲ组大鼠左侧颈总动脉内膜增生明显改善。紫苏籽Ⅲ组血管中膜和内膜面积占有率和管腔面积占有率分别为23.91%和67.50%,与动物模型组差异极显著。结论]紫苏籽提取物对大鼠颈总动脉内膜增生具有明显的防治效果。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to discuss the control effect of the extracts from Perilla seed on the intimal hyperplasia of common carotid in rats.Method] SD rats were randomly divided into animal model group,aspirin group,Perilla seed Ⅰ group(0.18 g/kg),Perilla seed Ⅱ group(0.54 g/kg)and Perilla seed Ⅲ group(1.62 g/kg).Based on establishing the model of intimal hyperplasia of common carotid in rats,the control effects of the extracts from Perilla seed on vascular intimal hyperplasia of common carotid after being squeezed in rats were studied by using histological method.Result] Compared with animal model group,the complete obstruction incidence of left common carotid in rates in Perilla seed Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ group was obviously reduced and the intimal hyperplasia of common carotid of rats in Perilla seed Ⅲ group was obviously improved.The area occupation rate of medium and intimal tunica and the area occupation rate of lumen were 23.91%和67.50% resp.,having extremely significant difference with that in animal model group.Conclusion] The extracts from Perilla seed had obvious control effects on the intimal hyperplasia of common carotid in rats.
