脾虚症家兔胃、肠、肝、脾超微结构与微量元素含量

摘    要:用能量色散x射线分析仪(EDAX)、电镜对脾虚症模型家兔进行了超微结构和微量元素研究。结果为:扫描电镜下脾虚症模型家兔胃肠有不同程度的器质性变化,透射电镜下胃、肝、脾主要表现为线粒体肿胀,嵴大部分或全部破坏,有的甚至空泡变性,内质网脱落等超微结构变化。EDAX测定发现胃、肠、肝、脾组织中Cu、Fe、Zn3种元素量变明显。因此,认为脾虚时胃、肝、肠、脾组织线粒体的病理变化可作为其形态学依据,而微量元素Cu、Fe、Zn的变化或许是脾虚症发生的物质基础。

Abstract:The ultrastructure and trace elements of rabbit spleen deficiency syndrome modelwere studied with electronmicrocope and EDAX The reskults revealed that the liver spleen,stomach and duodenum had a serious pathological defect of chondriosomes WT%of Cu increased and Zn de-creased in all of the organs observed. Fe had a higher level in spleen and a lower level in other It is concluded that the pathological defect of chondriosomes may be regarded as the histomorphological proof of spleen deficiency,and that variation of Cu,Fe and Zn may be regarded as the material ba-sics of spleen deficiency.
