| 摘 要： | 根据空间—属性一体化的概念模型,将影响主体功能分区的空间坐标、空间关系和属性特征纳入到统一的空间计算模型,综合运用K—平均算法和神经网络方法对城市功能分区进行了空间聚类计算,将重庆市渝北区19个乡镇划入了4个土地利用主体功能区：（1）北部新区、双凤桥街道和回兴街道属于优先开发区域;（2）龙山街道、龙溪街道、龙塔街道、悦来街道和双龙湖街道属于重点开发区域;（3）兴隆镇、古路镇、大湾镇、龙兴镇、玉峰山镇和统景镇属于适度开发区域;（4）硌碛镇、石船镇、木耳镇、大盛镇、茨竹镇属于控制开发区域。运用空间聚类分析法进行主体功能分区可同时反映空间位置和属性特征,体现了空间邻近性,使聚类结果更具客观性。
