摘    要:锦橙是我国南方重要的柑桔栽培品种,栽培面积广,但易被柑橘衰退病病毒(Citrus tristeza virus,CTV)侵染。选用两年生实生锦橙为材料,一组嫁接感染CTV强毒株TRL514的枝条的皮和芽,另一组嫁接正常枝条作为对照,接种后用DTBIA法和RT-PCR法检测CTV侵染情况。接种了CTV的锦橙呈现顶梢枯死、叶片变黄、茎陷点等症状,通过测定春梢叶片氮、磷、钾、硫、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、硼和锌等11种元素的含量发现:接种了CTV的锦橙氮、钾和铜的含量高于对照;而磷、钙、硫、硼、铁、锰和锌的含量较低;镁的含量差异不大。两组材料间营养元素含量的差异在一定程度上可以解释CTV侵染产生的木质部凹陷对植株的影响,并为今后柑橘衰退病的预防和诊断提供一定的依据。

Abstract:Jinchen orange is one of the most important citrus variety in China,whose cultivation area is large but easily infected by one of the most economically important viral pathogen CTV.In our study,14 two-year-old Jinchen plants were divided into two groups,one grafted with normal bark and bud,and the other was CTV infected.The presence of Citrus tristeza virus in leaves was then confirmed by DTBIA and polymerase chain reaction(PCR) using specific PCR primers.The CTV grafted Jinchen orange showed symptoms of dieback,leaf yellowing and xylem stem subsidence points/channel.Chemometric analysis showed that compared with normal grafted Jinchen,in the CTV infected Jinchen the concentration of P、Ca、S、B、Fe、Mn and Zn was lower,however,the contents of N、K and Cu were higher.Mg contents were similar between the two groups.The mineral content may give some suggestions for the CTV induced xylem stem subsidence points and provide some clues for the CTV prevention and diagnosis.
