对节白蜡嫩茎培养及植株再生

摘    要:以对节白蜡带芽嫩茎为外植体,以改良的MS为基本培养基,附加不同种类和浓度的植物激素来诱导产生芽、根,进而培育出完整植株,结果表明:适宜的培养基为(1)诱导芽为改良MS 2mg/L6-BA 0.1mg/L NAA(2)芽增殖为改良MS 1.5mg/L6-BA 0.1mg/L NAA(3)生根培养基1/2MS 0.5mg/LVB1 0.3mg/L NAA。

Abstract:Using the annual shoot of Fraxinus hupehensis as explants were cultured on improved MS,and adding plant hormone of different types and concentration to induce to produce buds and roots.The result showed that optimal culture medium was improved MS 2mg/L6-BA 0.1mg/LNAA;the best for proliferation of buds was improved MS 1.5mg/L6-BA 0.1mg/LNAA;the rootting culture medium was 1/2MS 0.3mg/LvitaminB1 0.5mg/LNAA.
