日本山椒嫁接试验

摘    要:以国内普通花椒为砧木,进行日本山椒嫁接育苗试验。结果表明,春季在4月上中旬采用腹接、单芽腹接、单芽劈接,嫁接后采用缠膜保护,效果较好,嫁接成活率达80%左右,嫁接后当年新梢生长量与嫁接时间和嫁接方法有关。夏季芽接以6月中旬至7月上旬方块芽接较好,但花椒皮刺较多操作不便,接穗当年抽生萌条生长不充实,冬季易发生抽条。

Abstract:This article reported the grafting techniques of Z.japonica using Z.bungeanum as rootstack.The results showed that the proper methods for grafting were belley grafting,single bud belley grafting and single sprout cleft grafting combined with flimsy plastic protection,and the suitable grafting season was on early and middle April.By applying these methods and in this season,the average grafting survival rate could reach 80%.The results also indicated that the young shoot growth was strongly influenced by the time and grafting methods.While in summer(especially from early June to middle July),the square-bark-bud grafting could be a alternative method of grafting for Z.japonica.Since Z.japonica is full of prick,it is difficult to operate when grafting during growing season,and in this season Z.japonica has not enough shoots for grafting,so grafting in summer was not suggested in practice till now.
