加入WTO后黑龙江省农机修造企业的对策

近几年，黑龙江省农机市场无论从走向还是规模上都发生了很大的变化。尤其是由计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中，我省农机修造企业的发展遇到了前所未有的困难。企业因体制、规模、管理、产品及市场等原因，行业整体滑坡；大部分企业产品过时、管理落后，甚至生存都成了问题。为此，探讨了如何改变全省修造企业目前的现状，更好地应对加入世贸组织后的市场变化的问题。
