高原低氧环境下大鼠AVP水平与高原习服试验研究

摘    要:[目的]研究高原低氧环境下大鼠血浆精氨酸加压素(AVP)水平变化,探讨其与高原低氧习服的关系.[方法]将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,分别为24,48,72 h和1周、1个月组,即A、B、C、D、E组,同时设立对照组(西安地区,海拔5 m).试验组分别由西安用汽车运至试验地区,A组为耗时24h带到青海格尔木(海拔2 700m),B组为经过48 h带到西藏唐古拉(海拔5 000 m),C、D、E组分剐经72 h、1周和1个月均带到西藏那曲(海拔4 500 m)地区,并在不同时间点处死取材,应用放射免疫法检测血浆AVP的浓度,并与对照组比较.[结果]血浆AVP浓度在初入高原后呈上升趋势,随后下降,在48 h达到最低,后逐渐回升,至1周时已经接近对照组水平,1个月时达到最高水平.[结论]高原慢性低氧环境下,血浆AVP的浓度随着缺氧时间的延长而变化,这可能与机体缺氧程度及高原低氧习服过程有关.
