| 摘 要： | 分析了基于线阵图像传感器的线径测量仪的基本原理、硬件构成和软件设计。系统通过使用二值化电路对CCD视频信号进行处理,通过单片机对被遮挡像元计数在数码管上显示测量结果。试验结果表明,该测径仪结构简单,测量精度高。 |

| Abstract: | The basic principle,hardware constitution and the software design of a diameter measuring equipment were analyzed,the binary circuit was used to process the CCD video signal.It shows this equipment has simple structure and high measurement accuracy,the result on the seven segment LED is demonatrated by using the single-chip microcomputer to count the elements. |
