摘    要:针对化工行业中所用的强制循环泵因没有导叶而产生的问题,从理论上提出利用有导叶泵模型资料进行选型设计时参数确定的办法,并绘制出补偿曲线。

Abstract:The authors analyzed a coerced circulating axial flow pump mainly used in chemical industry and found that there were many problems existed due to its structure without guide vane. To overcome these problems, an energy compensation method for parametric decision in model selection design was theoretically developed based on the analyses of pump models both with and without guide vane. Furthermore, the compensation curves related energy loss and water conservancy as well as pump specific speed are given to supply designer a reference.
