摘    要:介绍了一种棉花残膜回收机弧形挑膜齿清理滚筒的结构、工作原理,对弧形挑膜齿的运动轨迹和运动方程进行了分析研究,建立了残膜相对弧形挑膜齿的运动方程,研究了弧形挑膜齿的速度、加速度等运动特性,并对弧形挑膜齿残膜清理滚筒运动干涉情况作了检验,证明该机构设计合理,残膜回收率可达85%以上。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structures, working principles and main component parts of the arc spring-finger type plastic film residue pickup cylinder. The analytic research on the movement track and the equation of the arc spring-finger has been carried on.And the movement differential equation of the plastic film residue opposites to the arc spring-finger has been established. The effects on the function of plastic film residue pickup produced by the forward speed of the machine set, the rotate speed of the cylinder and other factors have been analyzed respectively .The field experiment on the arc spring-finger type plastic film residue pickup cylinder has proved that the design is reasonable and the recovery rate can reach 85% above.
