摘    要:采用温室盆栽试验,研究了印度芥菜在生长旺盛期和结荚打籽期对重金属镉(Cd)污染土壤的净化效果。结果表明:在土壤含Cd 0.37~20.37 mg/kg范围内,只在20.37 mg/kg土壤Cd含量时生长期和结籽期印度芥菜生物量降低,其余土壤Cd浓度并未对印度芥菜生物量造成影响,但结籽期印度芥菜干物质质量比生长期高出6.9~8.6倍。随土壤Cd含量的升高,生长期和结籽期印度芥菜地上部Cd含量都升高,而结籽期印度芥菜地上部Cd含量比生长期高出0.66~1.96倍(不包括0.37 mg/kg土壤浓度)。综合评价得印度芥菜结籽期对土壤Cd的净化率比生长期高出11.26~27.44倍。晚收能够提高印度芥菜对Cd污染土壤的修复效率。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to investigate Brassica juncea purification of cadmium pollution soils in vigorously growing stage and seed setting stage.The results showed that the biomass of Brassica juncea was influenced by 0.37-15.37 mg/kg cadmium in the soils but the biomass of Brassica juncea decreased at 20.37 mg/kg cadmium in the soil.The dry biomass of Brassica juncea was 6.9-8.6 higher in seed setting stage than those in growing stage.The concentrations of cadmium in above-ground part of Brassica j...
