| 摘 要： | 国家科技体制改革的不断深化,改变了科研事业单位由财政全额供给的性质,科研开发、科技产业融入市场经济中的作用更加明显。本文对科研事业单位产业发展资金供给不足的财务现状进行了分析,提出了加强科研事业单位财务管理促进资金良性循环的对策建议,以达到提高资金利用率、发挥资金使用效果的目的。
