新疆小尾寒羊副结核病病理学观察

对新疆某小尾寒羊场副结核病进行病理学观察。病羊消瘦、拉软屎、贫血；小肠后段至结肠粘膜增生形成皱褶，主要是上皮样细胞、多核巨细胞和淋巴细胞增生，肠腺萎缩。肠系膜淋巴结水肿和上皮样细胞等增生。病变肠粘膜和肠淋巴结抹片，抗酸染色可见细胞内外有副结核菌。

short tail Han Yany flocks in Xinjiang which suspected of Mycobacterium paratuberculosis infections were examined by direct microscopy of smears,gross pathology and hispathology Infected sheep showed symptoms of progressive emaciation,loose faeces and aneamia Mucosa from the latter small intestine to colon showed proliferation mainly formed by epithelioid cells,multinuclear macrocytes and lymphocytes Intestinal glands were atrophied Mesenteric lymph nodes were oedema and proliferation consisted of epithelioid cells et al Microscopical examination of intestinal lymph nodes and mucosa detected acid fast bacteria inside and outside cells by Zieh1 Neelsen stain.
