摘    要:本文报道甜菜夜蛾被淡足侧沟茧蜂寄生后的体重、虫龄变化,并揭示寄生后淡足侧沟茧蜂需要一定的历期才完成其生长发育,然后和田间寄主同步。本文亦报道被寄生后的甜菜夜蛾幼虫体内氨基酸含量变化,解释了出现此种现象的原因,为寄生蜂人工培养基研究和应用提供依据。

Abstract:The changes of weight and instars of Spodoptera exigua larvae parasitized by Microplitis pallidipes were reported in the article. It revealed that the development of Microplitis pallidipes is consistent with its host in the field, which needed a period of time. The changes of content of amino acids for Spodoptera exigua larvae parasitized by Microplitis pallidipes and its reasons were reported in the paper and in order to provide scientific data for the artificial medium and application of parasitoids.
