摘    要:以天然产物LC为原药,通过不同乳化剂、助表面活性剂等其他助剂的配方筛选试验,并进行相关理化性质的检测,得到优化配方为:LC含量为40%,乳化剂A含量为20%,乳化剂B含量为8%,乙二醇含量为6%,渗透剂2%,水余量的40%LC微乳剂。同时还针对水稻稻瘟病进行了药效试验,结果表明:40%LC微乳剂对稻瘟病具有良好的防治效果,且对水稻安全。

Abstract:The preparation of LC 40% microemulsion were carried out via a serious selection experiments concerning different surfactants,co-surfactants and other auxiliaries in the present study.The results showed that the optimum formulation are as follows: LC 40%,Surfactant A 20%,Surfactant B 8%,ethanediol 6%,penetrating agent 2%and water.The physic-chemical properties of LC microemulsion were proved to satisfy the national standards.The pharmacodynamic test on rice blast demonstrated that LC 40% microemulsion were ...
