红外光谱法对冬虫夏草的三级鉴定和研究

摘    要:通过对真伪冬虫夏草各个样本的一维红外图谱、二阶导数谱和二维相关图谱的测定和分析,发现真伪冬虫夏草以及冬虫夏草子座与虫体在各级谱图中存在显著差异。结果表明:采用红外光谱"三级鉴定"的方法,可对真伪冬虫夏草进行鉴别。该法简便易行,无损快速,准确可靠,可为建立冬虫夏草品质鉴定标准提供客观而科学的依据。

Abstract:The 1-D FTIR spectra,2nd order derivative spectra,as well as 2-D FTIR spectra were used to identify cordyceps samples in the present study.The results demonstrated that differences of the spectra might be used to distinguish the cordyceps and cordyceps stroma.The three-step FTIR method is convenient,fast,reliable and accurate,which could provide objective and scientific evidence for the quality identification of the Cordyceps.
