向海自然保护区丹顶鹤人工繁育试验与研究

摘    要:2004—2007年,对向海保护区内的丹顶鹤进行了人工繁育试验与研究,结果表明,保证孵化期的温度与湿度至关重要,温度应控制在37.0℃-38.0℃之间,湿度控制在55°F-65°F之间;在育雏期间应注意各种疾病的预防和治疗;鹤雏成长速度快慢随日龄而变化,30-50d成长较快;90日龄后鹤雏便会飞翔,个体与成年鹤相差无几。

Abstract:The artificial breeding of red - crowned crane ( Grus japonensis ) was conducted from 2004 to 2007 in Xianghai National Nature Reserve of Jilin, China. The study results show the optimal temperature is in range of 37 ℃ - 38℃ and relative humidity is in range of 55 % - 65 % in incubation period. Importance should be attanhed to prevention and treatment of diseases during the brooding period. Growth speed of nestlings varies with their day ages, and the rapid growth is found at days of the 30 - 50th. The nestlings can fly at 90 day - age when their body size is nearly same with the adult cranes.
