| 摘 要： | 1998－1999年，通过测定4种中间砧红富士苹果叶片的变色指数与生理生化变化，结果表明：秋季各中间砧红富士苹果叶片的变色指数逐渐增大，可溶性糖含量逐渐升高，而净光合速率，叶绿素，淀粉，可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐降低，HS系中间砧的矮化程度影响红富士苹果叶片的变色指数以及叶绿素，可溶性糖，淀粉的含量。 |

The Study ofPhysiological-biochemical Characteristics on Young Red Fuji Apple Grafted on SHInterstocks in Latter Autumn |

| Abstract: | The changes of physiological-biochemical characteristics and discolor index of leaves in 4 interstocks of Red Fuji apple were studied. The results showed that the discolor degree and the contents of soluble sugar of leaves in Red Fuji apple were gradually increased during autumn. But the net-photosynthesis-rate, the contents of chlorophyll, amylum and soluble protein decreased. The dwarfing degree of SH interstocks could affect the discolor index and the contents of chlorophyll, amylum, and soluble sugar. |
