| 摘 要： | 杆状病毒表达系统是一种新型、高表达的真核表达系统，广泛应用在新疫苗、诊断试剂和新型蛋白药物开发研究方面。不少研究人员报道了利用重组杆状病毒表达口蹄疫病毒基因生产结构蛋白和非结构蛋白，期望表达的蛋白质具有与真实病毒蛋白相似的生物学活性，能够应用于候选疫苗或诊断检测抗原。作者对近几年利用重组杆状病毒表达口蹄疫结构蛋白基因和非结构蛋白基因的研究进展进行了综述，并提出相关问题和困难供商讨。
