2004～2005年云南烟草农业检测项目的统计分析

对2004~2005年云南省烟草科学研究所分析测试中心的数据资料,从样品检测项目、项目分布、送检样品单位和送检目的等进行了统计分析,结果发现检测的样品主要是植烟土壤和烟叶;检测的植烟土壤项目27项,其中核心检测项目为速效钾、速效磷、碱解氮、有机质、pH值、全氮、全磷、全钾、水溶性氯离子共9项;检测的烟叶项目38项,其中核心检测项目为总氮、烟碱、总糖、钾、还原糖、氯、淀粉、镁、石油醚提取物总量、总磷共10项。这些核心检测项目是烟草农业检测项目的重点发展方向。送检单位主要是科研单位和烟草农业生产企业,其目的主要是为科研和生产企业提供基础数据。

Statistical analysis on tobacco agriculture detection items during 2004 - 2005 in Yunnan

Including detecting items,items distribution,the senders of sample and the aim of detecting,the detecting data of Detection Center of Yunnan Tobacco Science Institute during 2004-2005 were analyzed.The results showed that the samples detected mostly were soil and tobacco leaf.The detecting items of soil sample added up to 27 items,and the key items were available potassium,available phosphorus,alkaline hydrolysable nitrogen,organic matter,pH,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,water soluble chloride.Items detected of tobacco leaf added up to 38 items,and the key items were total nitrogen,nicotine,total sugar,potassium,reduced sugar,chloride,starch,magnesium,extractives of petroleum ether,total phosphorus.These key items are main developing aspects of detecting items in tobacco agriculture.The samples sent mostly from research units and tobacco agricultural corporations aimed at providing basic data.
