摘    要:为进一步发展北方菜用大豆消费市场,增加农民收益,从南京农业大学国家大豆改良中心引进了一批菜用大豆品种,于2007-2008年在邯郸农科院试验基地进行生态试种,在其能够正常成熟的基础上,筛选出鲜荚产量、感官品质俱佳且优于对照普通品种邯豆4号的有南农94-14、六丰、T5052、南农94-16四个品种以及采摘期较早的品种七星进一步试验。结果表明,鲜荚产量与单株荚数呈显著正相关,鲜荚和鲜籽粒产量与荚长呈极显著正相关,影响感官品质的负因子性状即苦涩味、硬度和豆腥味的变异系数最大,提示在今后继续从外地引种以及进一步改良和选育菜用大豆品种时对上述性状应加以重视。

Abstract:Some vegetable soybean verities introduced from National Center of Soybean Improvement,Nanjing Agricultural University were planted in experiment station of Handan Academy of Agricultural sciences in 2007-2008.The result showed that Nannong 94-14,Nannong 94-16,Liufeng,T5052 with higher fresh pod yield and excellent sensory quality and Qixing with earlier harvest of fresh pod compared with controlled varieties were screened out.The yield of fresh pod was significantly correlated with length of fresh pod and ...
