| 摘 要： | 气候变化不仅是全球关注的热点,且对半干旱区农民的生计产生了广泛而深刻的影响。文中在此背景下,分析气候变化对案例区农民生计资本的影响,通过一个最优化模型求证受影响区农民生计策略的改变,同时给出了该区具有操作性的应对气候变化的建议与对策。

| Abstract: | Climate change is not only the hot topic of Global-concern,and it also has a broad and profound impact on the rural livelihood in the semi-arid area.Under the background of global climate change,we analyzed the impact of climate change on the capital of rural livelihood,and then used an optimization model to analyze the strategy changes of rural livelihood.Then we gave some proposals and policies to adapt the climate change. |
