| 摘 要： | 沙尘暴影响综合评价是沙尘暴灾害研究中的一个重要方面,而沙尘暴影响综合评价指标体系是其中的一个重要环节。文中从省级沙尘暴影响综合评价角度出发,对沙尘暴影响综合评价指标体系建立原则、沙尘暴影响评估现状、沙尘暴影响、沙尘暴监测手段进行了阐述,并初步研究了针对气象部门的沙尘暴影响综合评价的指标体系和评估方法。最终对当前沙尘暴影响综合评价的一些问题进行了讨论,并最终提出了针对气象部门省级沙尘暴影响综合评价的一些思路。

| Abstract: | Influence assessment is one of the important topics in sandstorm research.The proper index system is the base of correct assessing.In this paper,from the point of integrated assessing of sandstorm disaster influence,the index selection principle,influence assessing condition,influence,monitoring method of sandstorm were explained.And a proper index system on sandstorm influence assessing for operational application in meteorological bureau and the preparatory evaluation method were analyzed.Finally,some problems on integreated evaluation on sandstorm influence were discussed,and some ideas on it were put forward. |
