吐鲁番地区城镇化与经济发展的耦合关系研究

城镇化与经济发展之间存在一种"双向互促共进关系"。文中以吐鲁番地区为研究区,通过定性和定量分析相结合的方法建立了由18项指标构成的"城镇化与经济发展"系统指标体系,运用熵值赋权法确定指标的权重,采用耦合关系模型对该地区的城镇化与经济发展的耦合协调度进行了分析。研究表明:2000-2008年吐鲁番地区城镇化和经济发展基本上稳步上升。城镇化与经济发展的耦合协调程度经历了中度协调、高度协调和极度协调三个阶段,协调程度以高度协调为主。从时间上,2000-2001年耦合协调度值0.3,属于中度协调;2002-2007年的耦合协调度值0.5-0.7,是高度协调;到了2008年耦合协调度值达到了0.8,出现极度协调的状况。说明该地区城镇化与经济发展处于均衡发展的态势。

Coupled relations between urbanization and economic development of Turpan district

There has one kind of relationship between the urbanization and the economic development-they can promote the relations mutually.In this paper we chose the study area in Turpan region,used qualitative and quantitative analysis method,established the index system by 18 indicators-"Urbanization and Economic Development".We also used the entropy weighting method to determine the weight of indexes,and used the coupling model to analyze the coupling degree of coordination of economic development and urbanization in Turpan region.The results showed that in 1998-2008,urbanization and economic development of Turpan area was increased steadily,the coupling degree of coordination of economic development and urbanization experienced height coordination level,moderate coordination level and extreme coordination level,and the coupling degree of coordination was mainly height coordination.In 2000-2001 the value of coupling coordination was 0.3,belonged to moderate coordination;In 2002-2007 the value of coupling coordination was 0.5-0.7,belonged to height coordination;in 2008 the value of coupling coordination was reached 0.8,appeared extremely coordinated.It showed that the urbanization and economic development of Turpan area was in the situation of balanced development.
