摘    要:利用热水浸提法提取野生仙人掌多糖,并用Sevage法对其进行纯化,通过测定DPPH·、NO2-的清除作用和其还原力,研究野生仙人掌多糖的抗氧化活性.结果表明,野生仙人掌多糖对DPPH·、NO2-有较强的清除作用,并具有一定的还原能力,其抗氧化性有待深入研究和开发应用.

Abstract:Opuntia dillenii Haw. polysaccharides were extracted by hot water, then purified by Sevage method to study the antioxidant activities of Opuntia dillenii Haw. Polysaccharides, which were measured by several experiments, including the scavenging ability of Opuntia dillenii Haw. polysaccharides on DPPH., NO2- and the reduction ability. The results showed that the scavenging abilities of DPPH.and NO2-were strong, and that Opuntia dillenii Haw. polysaccharides had some reduction activity. Opuntia dillenii Haw. polysaccharides had some antioxidant activity but the antioxidant activity needed further research, utilization and exploitation.
