硼肥在海蜜6号厚皮甜瓜制种上的应用

摘    要:目的]为提高海蜜6号母本制种产量。方法]分别在海蜜6号母本、父本植株上施用0.1%、0.2%2个水平的硼肥,以喷施清水为对照,研究喷施硼肥对甜瓜制种的影响。结果]在母本植株上喷施一定浓度的硼肥可以降低果实留果节位,增加单果饱满种子粒数,提高种子饱满率;施用0.2%硼肥能显著增加制种产量。父本植株喷施一定浓度的硼肥,能够有效促进花粉萌发,提高母本坐果能力,增加母本单果饱满种子粒数,提高种子饱满率;施用0.2%硼肥能显著增加杂交制种产量。结论]喷施硼肥能够有效提高制种产量。

Application of Boron Fertilizer on Melon Hybrid Seed Production of Haimi No.6

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to improve the hybrid seed yield of Haimi No. 6. Method ] The female and male plant of Haimi No. 6 were applied 0.1% and 0.2% boron fertilizer respectively, with spraying water as control. The effects of boron fertilizer on melon hybrid seed productiori were studied. Result] A certain concentration of boron fertilizer sprayed on the female plant could reduce fruit section, in- crease fruit plump seed grain number, and improve the viability of seeds. 0.2% fertilizer could significantly increase the seed yield. A certain concentration of boron fertilizer sprayed on the paternal plant could effectively promote the pollen germination, improve fruit setting ability, in- creased female fruit plump seed grain number, and improve the viability of seeds. 0.2% fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of hy- brid seed production. Conclusion ] The application of boron fertilizer could effectively improve the yield of seed production.
