摘    要:设计了一种近红外光谱扫描的马铃薯内部品质检测装置,其结构包括马铃薯输送机构、近红外光谱扫描装置、拨叉机构、计算机处理系统和信号传感系统。采用近红外光谱对马铃薯营养成分及有害物质进行检测,样品无须用任何化学或物理方法处理,可直接检测,且检测速度快、环保,检测过程无污染;对样品无损耗,测定后仍可作它用;仪器的构造比较简单,易于维护。

Abstract:A kind of checking device of potato inside quality based on near-infrared light spectrum scanning was designed.It included potato transporting institution,near-infrared light spectrum scanning device,shifting fork institution,computer handling system and signal sense system.It didn′t need treat sample by any chemical or physical method using this device to check nutrition and harmful matter of potato.It could check potato directly which was fast and environmental.The whole process was pollution-free and had no sample loss.The sample could be used after checking.This device structure was simple and could be maintained easily.
