摘    要:该文介绍了新型恒温恒湿箱测控系统的硬、软件设计方法。现有恒温恒湿箱为取得低温恒温效果,需将压缩机全速全功率运行,然后通过调节加热器来调整温度平衡,这样既耗能多又不便于控制。针对这一缺点,本设备中的空气压缩机采用调频技术,从而实现了制冷量的PID(比例积分微分)调节;通过使用单片机接口电路的复用技术,使整个硬件系统更简单、可靠,通过X25045芯片的使用,使系统实现了自动化标定与校准。

Abstract:The hardware and software design method of a new type of constant temperature and constant humidity box's monitoring and controlling system was introduced in this paper. In order to achieve the constant temperature and constant humidity effect, the air compressor of the device used now must run at full speed and full power and then reach the temperature's balance by adjusting the heating apparatus. The energy consumption of above method is high and it is difficult to get a sound control. To solve this problem, the air compressor of the equipment adopts frequency modulation technique so as to turn the PID adjustment of refrigeration into reality. This method uses the SCM interface circuit's sharing technology which makes the whole hardware system simpler and more reliable. By using X25045 CMOS chip, this system has the function of automatic orientation and calibration.
