大荨麻根、茎叶乙醇提取物化学成分的GC/MS研究

摘    要:利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对大荨麻根、茎叶乙醇提取物化学成分进行分析,结果表明,茎叶醇提物的19种化学成分主要以脂肪酸及其衍生物、硼烷配合物、杂环类化合物为主,其含量分别为51.05%、21.19%、13.18%,其中医药化工原料中间体残留物占52.51%;根醇提物的17种化学成分主要以脂肪酸及其衍生物、杂环类化合物、烃类化合物为主,分别含50.77%、30.71%、10.62%,其中农药残留物占29.68%。

Abstract:Analysis on chemical components of extracts from root, stem and leaf of Urtica dioica by GC/MS resulted that 19 chemical components of extracts from stem and leaf were majored by fatty acid and derivatives, borane complex, heterocyclic compounds, taking 51.05%, 21.19% and 13.18%, among which 52.51% of intermediate residue of medical raw material. 17 chemical components of extracts from root were majored by fatty acid and derivatives, heterocyclic compounds, hydrocarbon compounds, taking 50.77%, 30.71% and 10.62% respectively, and among which 29.68% of pesticide residue.
