| 摘 要： | 本试验以粗细一致的实生桑作砧木,嘉陵20号作穗条为研究材料,在2004年2、3月共分4个时期进行嫁接.在相同的土壤条件、一致的管理水平下,以不同时期嫁接的成活率、生长势(包括枝条的粗细、长短、叶片数)为调查指数来比较嫁接效果.试验结果是:2月16～28日嫁接的桑树不仅成活率可以高达98.3%,且嫁接成活后良桑的生长势也为最优.这一时期可以作为会东县桑树嫁接的最佳时期.

| Abstract: | The cions of mulberry variety Jialing 20 were grafted onto the seedling stocks on 4 dates in February and March,2004.The soil conditions and management practices were similar for all the 4 treatments.The survival of the grafts and their growth(thickness and length of the shoots and leaf number) were recorded.Highest survival rate(98.3%) and best growth indicators were achieved in the treatment of 16~(th) to 28~(th),February,which date was recommended as the optimal time for grafting of mulberry in Huidong county. |
