摘    要:淀粉干燥是淀粉生产过程中的一个关键工序,弄清干燥过程中湿物料的传热传质过程对生产效率的提高至关重要,现选用管式气流干燥器作为淀粉物料的干燥设备,对其中的U形等径干燥管进行研究,用Flu-ent软件对干燥管内的气固两相流动进行了数值模拟,通过对管内气固两相流中各流场的分析,阐述了干燥过程中湿物料的传热传质过程及机理,并探讨了各参数对管内气固两相间传热效果的影响。

Abstract:Starch drying is a critical process in starch production,it is essential to find out heat and mass transfer process in wet material drying for the production efficiency improving.Using the tubular airflow dryer to dry starch material and focusing on U-type drying tube,gas-solid flows in drying tube was simulated with Fluent,the mechanism and process of heat and mass transfer in wet material drying were described by analyzing the flow fields of gas-solid flow,and the effects of heat transfer between gas and solid in different situations were discussed.
