北京地区美洲斑潜蝇的生物学习性及药剂防治

摘    要:笔者观察了北京地区美洲斑潜蝇的生物学习性,结果表明,28oC,RH70%下雄成虫寿命最长为12d,雌成虫寿命最长为20d。成虫羽化后第2天是交配高峰期。试验了不同杀虫剂对幼虫、蛹、成虫的药效。结果显示夏雨、斑潜净、杀灭菊脂、百草一号和爱福丁对幼虫和成虫触杀效果分别为80%和95%,但对蛹触杀效果爱福丁最高为34%。

Abstract:Biology of Liriomyza sativae Blanch in Beijing region was observed.The results showed the male and female adults' longevities were 12 and 20 days ,respectively ,at 28oC and RH 70%.The mating peak was in the second day after adults emergence .In addition, the effects of few pesticides against larvae, pupae, adults of L.sativae were studied. The effects of Ban Qian Jing,Fenvalerate, Chinese medicine No. 1 ,Xiayu and Ai Fu Ding on larvae and adults of the leafminer are 80%and 95%,respectively,but the effects of Ai Fu Ding on pupae is 34%.
