| Abstract: | The Ningcheng county facility agriculture has become the leading industry of the rural economic development and to increase farmer income of the pillar industries. The climate characteristics of Ningcheng county were analyzed, to use of favorable conditions, preventing meteorological disasters, to improve the yield and quality of facilities agriculture, and to increase farmers＂ income. |
