杀菌剂对黄花乌头叶斑病病原菌的抑制作用

摘    要:选用新型杀菌剂40%氟硅唑乳油、40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂、250g/L吡唑醚菌酯乳油、20.67%氟硅唑+噁唑菌酮乳油、10%苯醚甲环唑可分散粒剂、50%烟酰胺水分散粒剂和70%丙森锌可湿性粉剂对黄花乌头叶斑病病原菌进行抑制作用实验。结果表明,以上7种药剂对黄花乌头叶斑病病原菌菌丝生长的抑菌作用明显,EC50分别为1.8572μg/mL、30.804μg/mL、26.319μg/mL、3.1541μg/mL、0.82186μg/mL、76.326μg/mL和15.657μg/mL。本试验结果为黄花乌头叶斑病的田间药剂防治和药剂轮换使用提供了依据。

Abstract:Using novel fungicide 40% flusilazole EC、40% pyarimethanil SC、250g/L Cabrio EC、20.67% flusilazole + famoxadone EC、 10% difenoconazoleWG、50%Cantus WG、70% propineb WP to make an experiment of fungicidal activity in controlling Alternaria sp.The results showed that the seven above fungicides had strong fungicidal activity in controlling Alternaria sp..EC50 were 1.857 2 μg/mL、 30.804μg/mL、26.319 μg/mL、3.154 1 μ g/mL、0.8218 6 μg/mL、76.326 μg/mLl and 15.657 μg/mL respectively.The results of this study provided a evidence for controlling leaf spot disease of Aconitum coreanum and alternately using pesticides.
