主成分分析在杞县大蒜种植区土壤质量评价中的应用

摘    要:主成分分析法以少数的综合变量取代原有的多维变量,使数据结构大为简化。通过主成分分析,可以为土壤的分级管理提供重要的理论依据。在杞县大蒜生态地球化学调查的基础上,对土壤矿质元素和大蒜品质进行系统测试,选择其中的15种矿质营养元素和大蒜品质作为评价指标,应用主成分分析法,对不同类型土壤进行评价,根据主成分的综合得分划分土壤等级,分析结果与实际情况一致。

Abstract:The principal component analysis could simplify data structures in the precondition of minimizing loss of original data information. By means of the principal component analysis, the important theoretical basis could be provided for the grading management of soil. Based on the investigation of garlic ecosystem geochemistry in Qixian, the mineral elements in the soil and garlic quality were tested. The fifteen mineral nutrition elements and garlic quality were chosen as main indexes for value, and the principal component analysis was used to evaluate all kinds of soils in this area. The result of sorting out the rank of soil was in accordant with practices.
