鸡的肠神经(N.intestinalis)解剖

作为禽类特有的肠神经,始于泄殖腔背侧,沿直肠、回肠和空肠延伸至十二指肠升袢末端、胰管和胆囊管开口处。直肠段最粗,为中枢端,神经节明显而大,回肠段最细,神经节不明显,空肠段最长,为末梢端,沿途有多个神经节,并有分支至肠管和泌尿生殖器官。该条神经为荐部副交感神经的延续,全程没见交感神经和迷走神经纤维。部分个体在末端有与前肠系膜神经分支的吻合支。

The Anatomy of the Intestinal Nerve in Chicken

The intestinal nerve is a unique autonomic nerve of fowls.With gross anatomic method,We studied this nerve in chicken.We found that it arised from the area dorsal to the cloacaand then passed reitum,ileum and jejunum before termining at the distal end of duodenumwhere the pancreatic duet and cystic duct entered.The rectal region was the thickest one ofthis nerve and with bigger ganglia;the ileac region,the thinest one with no obvious ganglion;the jejunal region,the longest one with many obvious ganglia.We thought that this nervewas the continuation of the sacral parasympathetic system and that the rectal region was thecentral end,the jejunal region was the peripheral end.This nerve didn't receive fibers fromvagus nerve and sympathetic system.In some chickens,there were some anastomosingbranckes between the end of this nerve and the cranial mesenteric ganglia.
