不同真菌对松材线虫繁殖的影响

摘    要:本文从四川某地木材样品上分离得到松材线虫,并利用板栗疫病菌、枯斑盘多毛孢、绿色交链孢、腐皮镰刀菌这四种来源不同的真菌进行繁殖.结果表明:松材线虫在板栗疫病菌中繁殖倍数最高可达406倍(一皿d=9cm);在枯斑盘多毛孢中,松材线虫最高可增殖322倍;而松材线虫在绿色交链孢中最高可增殖50.4倍;腐皮镰刀菌中松材线虫增殖倍数仅为11.2.实验同时表明,松材线虫对菌丝年龄有选择性.

Abstract:Four species of fungi,Cryphonectria parasitica,Pestalotia funerea,Alternaria tenuis Nees and Fusarium solani,were used to breed Bursaphelenchus xylophilus from wood specimens of some forest in Sichuan province.The results indicated that the rate of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus breeding reached to 406 times in Cryphonectria parasitica,322 times in Pestalotia funere,50.4 times in Alternaria tenuis Nees,and 11.2 times in Fusarium solani only,respectively,and meanwhile showed that the ages of Pestalotia funereal ...
